(Q.C.) Welder's Gauge

The English and Metric Quality Control (Q.C.) Welder's Gauges rapidly and accurately measures pipe “Hi-Lo” and plate mismatch before and after weld tack up to minimize weld rejections. The Brass Wedge shaped end placed between the two adjoining surfaces accurately measure weld gap. The piano wires in square end placed through the weld gap measures pipe inside diameter or plate “Hi-Lo” to minimize radiographic rejections.
