Mathey Dearman Coupon Cutter

The Coupon Cutter makes the cutting of coupons for weld testing quick and easy. The Coupon Cutter can be utilized for any procedure requiring removal of a section of the pipe wall. The Coupon Cutter, which has a pipe range of 4” (102mm) and larger, comes with a boomer assembly to accommodate up to 12” pipe. Pipes above 12” do not require the boomer assembly. Two crank handles provide movement parallel and perpendicular to the pipe axis. The stops on the longitudinal and cross feed screw can be preset to cut coupons to the precise width and length time after time. The Short Coupon Cutter cuts a 2” – 9” (51 x 229mm) weld coupon and the Long Coupon Cutter cuts weld coupon 2” – 13” (51 x 330mm).
