The Folding Sturdi-Jack is the ideal solution for the support of pipe for welding on the Job site or in the shop. The Folding Sturdi-Jack is a safe, rugged, compact and lightweight pipe jack that is easily stored in the Job Box.

The Rugged All-Steel Folding Sturdi-Jack with “V” Head can safely support pipe, tubing or bar stock up to 2,000lbs. (907kg). The “V” head of the Sturdi-Jack is adjustable from a height of 27” (686mm) to 48” (1219mm).

Sturdi-Jack has many safety features. The first and most important is the Locking-Ring that prevents collapse of the Jackstand and gives a visual warning when the jack has exceeded its capacity. Another safety creates a 1” (52MM) Safety Zone that prevents hand injuries when the locking ring is released

No need to purchase extra Jackstands as the Sturdi Jack has 5 Modular Heads that can be attached to the Jackstand to accomplish different functions. To change the head configuration, simply slip a pair of modular heads onto the “V” Head of the basic Jackstand. The Modular Head System are Stainless Steel Shoes, Special “V” Head for larger pipe, carbon steel and stainless steel ball transfer and carbon steel and rubber roller heads

The folding Sturdi-Jack makes storage and transportation easy and saves both time and labor dollars during fabrication. The Jackstand folds to a dimension of 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 33” (216 x 114 x 838mm) for compact storage. A unique feature of the Jackstand is the head lock feature, which prohibits the head from sliding free from the body of the Jack, making the Folding Sturdi-Jack even easier to transport.
